In the Beer Hall
On Thursday, we'll welcome Science on Tap to the Beer Hall. Dr. Peter Hollenbeck of Purdue's Department of Biological Sciences will be this month's featured speaker. Dr. Hollenbeck's presentation is titled "Mitochondria: They Invaded Our Cells a Billion Years Ago and Now They're Running The Show". The program begins at 6 pm and admission is free. On Friday, May 2, we'll play host to the 30th Anniversary Benefit Show for the Lafayette Crisis Center featuring Carrie Newcomer. Tickets are available at Lafayette Crisis Center, Von's Records, JL Records and McGuire Music. On Friday, May 9, look for the return of local improv artists, One Size Fits All, for their monthly performance. Show time is 9 pm.

We'll be serving beverages at the Friday, April 25, Friends of Bob presentation of Lily & Madeleine. This show will be taking place at Thomas Duncan Community Hall located on Ferry Street. Doors open at 7:30, and show time is 8 pm.
The Mosey Down Main Street series of street fairs returns to downtown Lafayette on Saturday, May 10. In addition to plenty of fresh LBC beers available for carryout, we'll be offering up savory dinner specials in the restaurant. And if you're looking for a quick bite, be sure stop by our LBC food cart out front for some tasty street food while you enjoy the sights and sounds of the Mosey. The event runs 6 pm to midnight, and admission is FREE!
